Privacy Policy
Draft 0.7 · 2026-11-01. This draft is under legal review. It is the same text shown in the app, and this page will carry the reviewed version when it is final.
What we collect
To verify you, we collect your legal name, Georgia license number, brokerage and phone number. To check your license, we keep the answer a licensing data service gives from the state’s records, with your name, brokerage, status, license type and expiry, and the full record it returns, which can include the address the state lists for you. To run jobs, we keep the jobs you post and claim, their addresses and access details, the name and mobile number of a client or vendor a job names, and the ratings and notes you give and receive. To pay you, Stripe holds your bank and identity details, and we keep the bank’s name, the last four digits and the email you give for payout notices. When you pay by card, Stripe holds the card and we keep only Stripe’s reference to it, so you can pay again. As a record of your agreement, we keep which version of these terms you accepted, and when. To send notifications, we keep your device’s notification token, a code identifying the app on that device, stored only in scrambled form, and a copy of each notification we send. To improve the app, we record a few product events, such as viewing a job or opening the claim screen, linked to your account.
Who handles it for us
Stripe runs payments and payouts, including the identity check when you set up your payout account, and sends payout notices. Twilio sends the text that confirms your phone. A licensing data service looks up your license number when automatic checks are on. Google Maps suggests addresses as you type a job’s address and gives us the property’s map position. Resend sends email to Adoorabelle’s own staff. Sentry receives crash reports. Expo delivers push notifications through Apple and Google. Supabase hosts our database. Each receives only what it needs for its part.
What other agents see
Your name, brokerage, license number and status (the app shows the number partly hidden), ratings, job counts, follow-through, typical reply time and the year you joined, because trust between licensed agents is the point of the marketplace. Once a job between you is claimed, the other agent on that job also sees your phone number. Your earnings and payout details are never shown to other agents.
Property information
A job describes someone else’s property, usually a seller’s or a landlord’s, and we hold its details only to run the job. The full address is shown only on a job’s detail view. Lockbox and alarm codes, the box location and the access instructions are released only to the agent who claimed the job, only once that agent checks in, and are removed from our records when the job is completed or withdrawn. On the covering agent’s phone they show only for the active job. A post you save as a draft keeps its codes and contact on your phone until you post it or discard it. The name and number of a client or vendor named on a job are released only to the agent who claimed it, from the claim, and are removed from the job when it ends. If the poster changed the contact after posting, the record of changes keeps each name with the last four digits of its number, along with what else changed and when.
Lockbox sales
A listing shows other agents the type and number of boxes, the price, the pickup city, ZIP and nearby street you give, and any note you add, beside your name, brokerage, ratings, the year you joined and how many boxes you have sold, never your address. When a buyer pays, the buyer and the seller each see the other’s name and phone number for that sale. Sale receipts are kept the way job receipts are, and the same rules on closing your account apply to them.
Location
The app asks for your location only when you check in at a property. The location of that check-in, how far it was from the property, and whether you checked in after being asked to check in at the property, are kept with the job’s record as the record of your arrival, for us to settle a dispute, and are shown to no one else in the app. Once you have allowed location, the marketplace uses your phone’s last known position, on your phone only, to show how far each job is. Your location is never tracked in the background.
Notifications
If you allow notifications, we keep your device’s notification token so we can tell you about new jobs on the marketplace and about your own jobs and money: a claim, an arrival, an action needed, a payout, a dispute and its outcome, a missed job or a change to a job’s details. You can turn off news of new jobs in Settings. We keep a copy of each notification we send. When you sign out, the token is no longer linked to your account, and it is deleted once it has gone unused for 90 days or the device stops accepting notifications. Closing your account stops notifications on every device it was signed in on.
Diagnostics
Crash reports help us keep the app working. They are not tied to your name, and license numbers and phone numbers are scrubbed before they leave the device.
Closing your account
When you close your account, your profile is anonymized, your payout details, device tokens and license-check answers are removed, your sign-in is cleared and locked, and Stripe deletes your saved card. Receipts for completed jobs remain, attributed to “Former agent”, because the other party to each job is entitled to a record of it, and so do the ratings and dispute notes written about those jobs, the record of your application’s approval and of the terms you accepted, the check-in locations on jobs you worked, the notifications already sent, and the product events tied to your account. None of these show your name, but the approval record keeps your license number, so a later application under it is checked by a person, and notes others wrote may mention you. Stripe keeps the payment records it is required to hold under its own terms.
